Room was so clean and comfy bed. We came for my birthday and we got a free upgrade and a nice birthday message with some treats left for me, I was not expecting that and it was incredibly nice. We checked out at about 8:45 and the breakfast was still available.....they had cereal, muffins, bagels, fruit, sausage, bacon, omelets, 3 different juices and tea, coffee and hot chocolate, it was great. We will definitely stay here again.

Room was nice enough.

I will never understand why expensive hotels offer coffee free (which is nice if you drink coffee) but do not offer a couple of complementary bottles of water. Also when will the complementary breakfast start offering alternative milk options besides cow milk? Finally you need to become more environmentally conscious and start reducing your plastic implements and going back to ordinary flatware and regular glasses, I can live with the paper plates but surely it can't be that hard to reduce the amount of waste you are creating.

Toilet paper was very cheap. Roadway restrooms have better toilet paper. Very disappointing.

Perfect location and have stayed there before so new what to expect and they delivered :-) It was close to all meeting areas and love that the room is soundproof and beds are comfortable.

The hot tub jets were not working properly. The hot tub pump for the jets has to be replaced.
