Snow plough came through to scrap ice in the parking lot at 530 in the morning it hadn't even snowed during the night was completely unnecessary and woke us up as it was super loud No one in the office to check out with had to drop keys in mail box so couldnt speak to anyone about our stay Only had 2 bath towels for 2 people in a room that could potentially sleep 4 It took a long time for the heat to heat up the room even turned all the way up Older location so room was starting to show wear example The bath fan was hanging from the wall The paint was peeling from water damage

After signing a form that we wouldn't smoke in the room, we were given a room that smelled like stale cigarette smoke. In the morning, we found a pair of someone else's socks under the corner of the bed. It was obvious that the room was not well cleaned before our stay.

The location was great, there was plenty of parking, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The cleaning schedule wasn't clear. We had a 3 night stay and expected a cleaning visit after the second, but it didn't occur. The card in the room was a little vague in describing the schedule.

We liked everything except the coffee.

The whitener was not that great. I'd suggest creamers/milk in little containers. The swimming pool/hot tub closes too early. By the time we got there it was already closed.

Clean and comfortable room. Can walk to the town centre, museums, and beach (for the sunsets). East Street Cider is really close :) Nice and helpful owners.

Need to make sure all wifi networks are set for automatic connection, as they vary, so your device needs to be able to switch to the strongest wifi. Not much in the way of storage.
