La qualité de la chambre ainsi que la réception de l'hôtel était superbe. La technologie de la chambre est superbe. Très belle ambiance de l'entrée.

La propreté de la salle à manger pourrait être améliorée. Les tables entre chaque client n'étaient pas lavées. L'acoustique des portes de chambre pourrait être améliorée

Generally nice clean hotel & good base for exploring. Lovely swimming pool & facilities

Breakfast was very very crowded & a little basic. Was ok as included in price but least choice of all the hotels we have stayed in so far. No room cleaning, you can get fresh towels but no room service if staying for less that 2 nights.

Room was equipped with tables and sofa. Breakfast was good.

They don't provide extra bed which was requested with booking and they don't have extra blankets.

property was not super clean outside the rooms. had fans in hallways to dry water leaks I assume. floors needed vacuuming. the breakfast area was always dirty. we booked 3 rooms and 2 were the same. but pricing was 90$ difference. they said it was because we used a off site booking company. the booking company says it’s the hotel. poor communication and information from the desk staff. so disappointed in my stay.

Breakfast place was small. It was difficult to find a table in the morning.

Being a retired general manager of a hotel in Toronto, I am very conscious of standards, friendless and helpfulness of the staff. All were excellent.

Due to the fact that I had made my reservation through booking.com, when I asked if I could park at the hotel for a week until my return, I was told it was not possible. I even asked if I paid separately would it be possible and again it was no. I will be back with you on Sunday, May 7th from Vancouver. If possible, I would like a room on the side of the parking lot out front. My last room was 306.

Breakfast was ok but not spectacular, they needed more seating, possibly could have opened up conference room beside breakfast area to accommodate. However all 3 days we stayed there was line ups for seating and felt very cramped. The Boston Pizza attached to the hotel had great service and friendly staff, we ate there twice. The arcade was good. You pay for the day and then the games are free. And there’s a big climbing structure.

We booked a room with 2 queen beds and expected 2 beds, instead got a room with 1 queen bed and 1 queen Murphy bed, our travel companions got the same. This seemed a bit deceiving. Our room (204) had a rotten banana and other debris behind the Murphy bed. The banana had been there long enough to harden. The front desk was asked 3 times to have it cleaned up and never did. I even showed them a picture of it. Once a cleaning lady came to clean it but was unable at 9pm and said she’d get someone to take care of it the next day while we were out. It did not get cleaned up the next day either. It was still there when we left. However the hotel in general felt as though it needed a good general cleaning even without the banana.

Location to kids/family activities was good. Indoor pool was good.

Cleaniness of rooms. Little dusty. Lights need a key card to stay on, which is kind of inconvenient at times.

the breakfast was the same every day, no variation and limited quantity, very limited seating, couch in common area broken and tippy, need to use key to keep lights on in the room, no house keeping after 2 nights stay for 3rd night, glass door that doesn’t lock on bathroom, shower sprays everywhere as no door or curtain, only a shower no tub-not ideal with kids

For international travelers like me it was inconvenient not to have vending machines that takes cards, I had to drink tap water because of that

The hotel was clean and the room comfortable and modern. Breakfast was basic but good. Free parking .

Water in the pool was very cold and lukewarm in the hot tub. The room was not cleaned during the three days we were there, and no discount offered,as we were paying for each night the same amount of money. Looks like the hotel is still taking advantage of the “Covid” situation and pocketing the savings. On Sunday afternoon we had to run back and forth to get access to the pool, as our cards didn’t work. The elevator to the pool floor didn’t work either.
