You’re breakfast was really good just pricey.

Your staff could have been more friendly.

Pretty lobby and bar area if you like the trendy Hotel Lobby- Vibe.

They nickel and dime you for everything after paying a couple hundred for your room and $75 incidentals for one night they will charge you $20 to park, $20 for breakfast per person. Also, their blankets and pillows are the worst, I woke up in a puddle of sweat and it’s the summer time in Texas .

Staff was friendly.

The entrance was not clean. Parking was an additional cost that was not expected. I’ve never had to pay for parking at a hotel that I paid to stay at. The hotel was very loud and did not allow for restful sleep.

hidden prices and broken elevators

The establishment is beautiful. The room looks nice. The staff were also nice.

It’s the 2nd time I’ve stayed at the hotel. Each time I’ve stated, there has always been an elevator down. So you will spend a good 10-15 minutes waiting for the only other elevator to arrive. The beds are hard as well. The bar/restaurant closed early due to staff not showing up. They also did not have any Valet, yet have the audacity to want you to pay $20 a day or more depending upon how often you leave and return.
