Location was good. It was close to the tournament that we there for.
It seemed a little run down and our room wasn’t the cleanest.

The staff was helpful and accommodating. The location was great for my needs.
Property was under construction, doors were broken, and very loud, holes in walls, broken knobs. Very dirty hot tub.

Location was good and rooms were clean and comfortable.
There was no safe in room and no elevator so had to carry bags up the stairs. Wanted to use hot tub but was cold.

Simple and clean
Mattress was heavily stained. We spilled water and too sheet off only to find a disgusting mattress. Also no mini fridge in room!!! Who doesn’t have a mini fridge now a days ???

We left one electric toothbrush in the bathroom, but the customer service for the lost items is not working, and no staff answered our request to find it. We are so disappointed.

My room was nice and the view on the patio was fabulous. I did ask for no patio, however, I did get just that but glad, cuz enjoyed my morning coffee with the beautiful view on the patio.
I was traveling alone and also got an adjoining room.
So now had to worry about two extra doors. 🙄
Called for a toothbrush and toothpaste but never received so went to the front desk to pick it up. The front desk apologizes for the non-delivery but just glad they did have it.

The room was very comfortable. The bedding was attractive and the mattress was great. The pillows were too soft, for my preference, but there were two so I could double up. The bathroom was clean. The mirror was cracked but didn't impact using the mirror. Very friendly staff!!!
The exterior of the Four Points has gone down hill over the years. We have stayed there many times. The interior grounds are lovely, but the exterior of the buildings is in need of repair. The wooden railings look terrible. The metal railing by the exterior steps at Building 6 wasn't secure; someone who actually needed to hold on could fall.

The location
I understood that because of Hotel policies I was not going to be able to enter the room until my colleague arrived in 3 hours because the reservation was in her name. I asked her to please call the hotel the minute he landed and let them know she was on her way and that they could let me get in the room. That's what they advised at the front desk. My colleague called and Nancy hung up the phone on her which was definitely NOT nice. I don't know why she did it but that's not good customer service. Then we had a lot of problems with the room keys. They wouldn't work to let us in. And we had to go back to reception and ask for help. They acted surprised but then again we had to come back. After a day of work to be left out of the room was NOT nice. The only person who moved was a technician who knocked on the door trying to help but we managed to get in after the second visit to the front desk. And that was not the only day. Likewise, we reported a broken curtain from day 1 and nobody did anything to fix it and we couldn't close it 100% the three nights of our stay. Finally, during the night, we could hear people on the upper floor walking and moving things. Just the same each night.

I just needed a simple place to stay for a business trip. Got the job done! Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious.
The ice machine on my floor wasn't working. The floors in the hallway seemed somewhat dirty. The property in general seemed a bit run down and out of date.

The size of the bed was perfect, comfortable, and clean!
The bathroom looked dated, and the vanity area was too low for those of us who are tall. The shower head was old but worked adequately. Our arrival was at night and I could not find the entry to the hotel from Hopyard Dr. Had there been more lights on your hotel sign, it would've made it easier for me to spot it immediately. That was a bit stressful!

Convenient parking, easy check in and out.
I booked for a King bed room, and was told there were none. My reservation was made a week prior, so I dont understand the unavailability. We were 2 couples who each paid and were booked for King beds. Neither of us were given one. We were given double beds...disappointing as there were many choices in hotels and if we knew there were no kings available we would have booked elsewhere.
After driving 7hrs on a Friday, I did not feel that check in staff was helpful...very robotic.
Shampoo and amenities were all empty! Hard to get replaced once you are already midway into shower. The door to the 200 building did not lock....with lots of people hanging out in patio areas, it was a little scary.
