My pricing was higher than my daughter's. she booked after I did. Could not understand why

Wifi did not work the entire time we were there. This made working on our laptops and completing school duties very challenging. Management was not eager to seek a resolution they just pretty much said oh well, alot of people are connected to the WiFi and that's why it's not working properly.

Breakfast was good. Room set up was excellent. Heated pool was a plus.

Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was great and also great location

Didn't like being on the second floor and no elevator but not a deal breaker. Will definitely be staying here again!

We really enjoyed location close to the fairgrounds(our destination). The room-suite was wonderfully set up for a extended stay.

We were lucky to get a first floor room. If not a lot of stairs to conquer with luggage.

The only thing was the fee that was charged and not told about. When I got to my room my charge was over $400.00 and the room was only $140ish. They should let you know when you check in that there's a fee that will be refunded when you check out.

the location was good and the breakfast was good

no elevator! they were going to put us on the third floor we are in our 70’s she finally got us a first floor. from now on we will request one we travel there often to see family

Beautiful room, we stayed in one of the bigger rooms that accommodated 6 adults. Room had kitchen and we loved that grocery store "Luckys" was 5 min away. We were accommodated with an early check in, front desk clerk was very friendly and courteous. And when I asked for extra towels she graciously gave them to me. The room had everything we needed in it from a large fridge, kitchen, sink, microwave, coffee pot, ironing board and iron, roomy closet, plenty of hangers, shampoo and body wash was full, beds were very comfortable, and room was very spacious and very clean. Room had plenty of toiletries too. A light breakfast with nice variety was appreciated consisting of fruit, eggs, biscuits, gravy, potatoes, bagels, cereal, coffee, orange juice, bread, toaster, nice and roomy and they have a pool and a bar with a nice selection of drinks. Parking there is plenty also and free.

No elevator, and we were up in the 3rd floor. We were 6 adults, and there were only plate settings for 4 guests. The restroom sliding door stuck once I locked it and I couldn't get out. It took my spouse to wiggle the door and move around for it to finally open (Not funny then, but funny now) Would i stay here again, absolutely. Do I recommend you stay, absolutely.

The rooms were really nice. It was basically a full one bedroom apartment with a kitchen.

The internet was awful and I had to do a two hour zoom class in the lobby because I had no wifi in my room. I kinda think it's unacceptable in 2022 to have really bad wifi in hotel rooms.

Availability, but it was the same food every day.

The unit below is kept banging on the ceiling since my three young sons were walking running in our unit. I did ask for a lower level and was not too happy about someone below me who kept banging on the ceiling. I also felt that it was one of the janitors or housekeepers that were banging since it was only done while they were cleaning the room and only done during those times.

Everything was wonderful! From check in to check out. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Breakfast both mornings was exceptional. We will be back SOON!!

It would have been nice not to hear the power washing all three days, but we totally understand that it needs to be done.

Garbage from other rooms was left in garbage bags on the stairs, in the sun for hours causing an awful smell. These bags of garbage were from a recently cleaned room. Gross!
