Nice hotel.

No refrigerator, no microwave! At all! People with certain dietary needs will have lots of difficulties.

The view and size of room. Front desk was friendly and welcoming. Type of ice in machine was great.

The sheets were itchy and caused hives/rashes. The housekeeping was mediocre.

The staff were nice, helpful and friendly.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and the amenities were great. The view was beautiful from my room and the room itself was amazing had a super nice bathroom and the TV was nice had plenty of apps to watch.

The only thing I could say is it would have been nice to end the night off with a nice sit in a hot tub but other than that the stay was exceptional

The bartender was very rude to us, not attentive to the customer when at the bar to order a drink, not the first time either on July 15th I was there and same employee bartender and very rude to customers and asking how to make the drink people where ordering. If you are bartender you should know how to make a drink!!!

i enjoyed it all the location, the space, over all we had a good time i would book here again.

I tried to cancel , it took hours before I got to talk to some one and at the end said she could not help me No one to talk to even after 2 hrs of trying , it was so hard to get to the right person or to a human being to cancel the reservations for 2 hrs.after got to get some lady on the phone she said she is only for new reservations and hanged up.hope you got the message
