The included breakfast had hot food such as eggs, bacon, and pancakes. We liked that the kitchen had a large dining table, full sized refrigerator, microwave, and a stove range. The kitchen cabinets had dishes/cups, some pots and pans, and a toaster.

Maybe have more towels (there were 4 of us but only 3 sets of towels). Although, when we asked for more towels, the staff gladly gave us some more.

the property is pretty dated, and room furnishings not very comfortable. The parking lot not laid out very well and had to fight for parking with chick-fil-a customers.

No hot water first day. had to take a cold shower. My son opened up the sofa bed and the mattress had a large red stain and very dirty. He had to sleep on the sofa. Housekeeping did not do a good job cleaning the room. Went to throw away something in bathroom and trashcan was full from previous guests.

The property was close to the freeway and some options for food nearby.

Staff could have been more friendly and more welcoming, as well as more accommodating of simple requests (like an extra blanket) without seeming like we were asking for an act of congress. The room should have been stocked with necessary supplies, like towels and washcloths, and the lamp/bulb assembly should not have been broken. The refrigerator sounded like a generator, making it hard to sleep for those on the sofa bed.

Always a good bang for my buck. Great price for solid room in a good location next to a few places to eat. Staff is one of the highlights, everyone has always been friendly and helpful. I really appreciate Kevin at the front desk this weekend. I man sitting outside his car in the parking lot was blasting Spanish music at 3am and woke me up. I called the desk and Kevin went to ask them to turn it down which they did and I was able to get some back to sleep. thanks so much Kevin for taking guests sleep seriously

Coffee pots broken, hot water dispenser broken, included breakfast was not available, very loud guests until 4am, lobby and elevator smelled like Marijuana
