It’s a gorgeous building. It was very clean. They offer a shuttle service. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful.

Great location & super friendly staff. Rooms were spacious and very clean. The shuttle service was such a great addition to our trip. It made for a carefree trip which was so nice & relaxing.

Not having a mini fridge in the room.

I used shuttle bus every day and I can see this service as an excellent.

The hotel was beautiful inside. The staff were super friendly, attentive and so helpful. I loved my room and the bed was comfy. Totally would stay again!

We stayed in a king whirlpool suite.Staff was friendly and the room was clean and spacious. The whirlpool was nice.

Cigarette smoke smell coming from the ventilation system. Don't know if it was coming from another room or from outside. Either way, it was intermittent, and not fault of the hotel.

-Location was good, straight shot downtown on Wisconsin Ave and great if you're going to the Rave (right across the street)! - Free shuttle within a 3 mile radius of the hotel (please tip, our driver (Dave) was awesome! -Historic style throughout, keeping the common areas and rooms in tune with the building and it age; Although renovated!

-Room was efficient (read smaller) and although we booked a 'Queen bed' room, the bead was more a full/double. -Disappointed that they charge $20/night for parking at a $200/night rate but if you go there to eat dinner... you can park for free; Not very secure parking, anyone can walk into the parking garage (and didn't look like there was any security keeping an eye on the vehicles). -

Had a nice historical exterior appearance while preserving a nice, updated, elegant interior!

The location of the hotel could have been in a friendlier neighborhood but the hotel was still close to the event venue.

Location was great for our needs

The shampoo, conditioner, shower gel were empty along with the Kleenex too. Could not watch regular TV. The staff could not even get it to work correctly.

No microwave or fridge in the room. dust bunny in the corner of the room. one bar of soap for 2 sinks. toilet didn't flush on the first try- had to do it twice. the elevator outside at the parking ramp didn't work so we had to lug our bags up flights of stairs.
