pubic hair on my towels, mold all over the shower, the huge dip in my bed, and the 15 yr old towels they provided. paid more for 1 night there then the downtown San Jose Westin.

It was nice and clean Parking was great right next to my room.

Location was in good and quiet area Parking was good Suite was good sized for our family Enjoyed sitting on balcony watching the stream below Overall would have been great other than the issues we didn't like.

Unfortunately the suite smelled of mildew Trash under beds Worn beds and pillows Kitchen sink was clogged Floors dirty and sticky in areas Wanted to discuss with manager unfortunately I wasnt able to find anyone in the office at checkout.

I liked that is was close to the mission and the town.

I did not like the room at all. The carpet felt dirty you did not feel comfortable walking barefoot. The bed sheets were old and yellow instead of white. There was hair on the bed when I unfolded the sheets and it was too late at night to have them changed. The matresses were super squeaky, noisy and uncomfortable. The room smelled musty and there was no elevator.

Drainage was slow

The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. There was a working heater in the room that was great for the cold nights. There was ample storage space for our belongings and to spread out. The bathroom had a shower/tub combo with good water pressure.

I wish there were extra blankets in the room. We forgot to ask for them during our stay, but one more blanket would have made the cold night warmer. It didn't seem like the light switches were connected to any of the room lights either.

Breakfast like it was advertised

Front desk wasn’t kind from the second we checked in. told us we looked like we like to party and that if they heard us being loud they’d bang on the floor with a broom stick. (we were on second level) got scolded for walking to loud at about 1pm. found a baby bottle with old milk underneath my bed. when I told the front desk she didn’t do anything and just asked if we wanted our room cleaned. (would’ve liked it to be cleaned before I checked in.. lol) spent almost $400 for 2 nights. won’t be coming back.

Thin walls, terrible creaky bed, seedy loud guests, room not properly cleaned, safe broken, no hangers, no blanket, tiny TV, fridge runs very loudly, unfinished renovations, cracked mirror, no sitting chair, etc. I took pics of it. Not good.

staff wasn’t very friendly. arrived at room, appeared to be clean, husband noticed visible mail clippings on the floor. at night visible small roaches crawling around. bed was very uncomfortable. I am not a picky person but I wanted to share my experience being reviews and price is how I pick where I am going to stay, the reviews I read unfortunately did not compare to the actual room we ended up with.
