Distance from my appt location, rate wasn’t that Bad but could of used a discount

No microwave, tv didn’t get any channels, bed was NOT comfortable and had a hard time sleeping. Was exhausted by morning. Falling asleep on the road back home

the room smelt like cat urine and it was dirty

They said pay at property and when they tried to run my card 3 hours before arrival it was declined they never told me they were going to run it prior to my arrival. The guy was very rude and said he already rented our room just get out. So I was stuck 2 older women 2 under 5 grandkids 1 with autism and 2 dogs and no where to stay. Thanks for no help relocating us.

Location was good!

The man on check in was rude. Our room was dirty and many fixtures were broken. Dirty, blood stained sheets. Value for money was awful.

I was able to park right outside my room. The room key worked.

The office smelled like curry. It was very noisy. Cracks around the door ie. Poor insulating. The toilet was super low to the ground. Ok for a child not an adult. There were 2 doors in the room. 1 was secured the other was not. Didn't feel safe. Didn't sleep good! Lumpy beds.

the manger was so rude snatched my card from my hands the room was so old nasty things on ceiling things look like there old and going to break exactly 10 minutes before checkout the manger knocked on door bd said it was time to go very rude and disrespectful NEVER WILL RETURN

no customer service dinge old place stinky and people look like they live there small parking lot no breakfast blankets were so old and smelt disgusting can’t tell if they ever been cleaned lights don’t work I would give them a zero I’d rather sleep in my car then there

I found an old eye contact stuck to the night stand. A stranger knocked on my door and asked to buy drugs.

close to the freeway

very unwelcoming. rooms were dirty and worn down looking. walls were so thin we could hear everything happening in the room next to us

I liked the location and cleanliness of the room. The staff was nice upon arrival as well.
