I loved the decor of the rooms and the inn itself. So beautiful. I loved the warm temp pool and the hot tub. I loved the hot apple cider that was served and the warm cookies we got upon arrival.

I wish the restaurant was open for breakfast lunch and dinner. The hot tub needs some work as it is a little dirty and falling apart and half the jets in the hot tub don't work. The pool also needs to be cleaned. The beds in the room were way too hard, I couldn't sleep for two nights.

Location was really nice and the counter person was really kind they gave us cookies, a ceramic apple and wine tasting tickets !

The WiFi was just a little slow but that wasn’t a problem for us .

Arrived in town, later called to see room availabile, recording said email best way to contact us, ha not gonna sit in my car and wait for however long? So i drove over to check if room ready. Later had tv issue. Called front desk and received same recording. Really? Email you?

Absolutely beautiful hotel, was very cozy and felt like home. One of the nicest hotels I’ve been at. Very spacious with beautiful decor. Nice views outside, the customer service was very friendly.

Restaurant now closed Monday and Tuesday so had to go out elsewhere to eat breakfast.

Front desk allowed us early check in! That won us over right away! Breakfast restaurant was great!

Very noisy and very crammed.

A fantastic place that provided a peaceful setting. We had a large King room that seemed recently refurbished and had a large bathroom with tub/shower. Our room faced the creek and even with the windows open at night was very quiet though the hotel is not too far from the freeway. Warm cookies at check-in, hot cider in the afternoon and coffee/tea were always ready in the lobby. Guests got a discount at the adjacent Marketplace and Cellar so we enjoyed the complimentary wine tasting. The Cellar had a great inventory of spirits from local distillers and we could even sample those! The restaurant (breakfast only) offered a nice selection of comfort food and our waiter was very friendly and helpful.

It's a bit of a walk into downtown SLO or to the Cal Poly campus but easily done if you're energetic. We really wanted to try the pies but they weren't available by the slice and we weren't ready for a whole one.

Faux-country atmosphere was pleasant. Location in San Luis was convenient.

Room was tiny. No housekeeping. Very limited restaurant hours. "Property fee" was unwelcome and unexpected. Gift shop kitchy, pretentious--and much smaller than in the past.

Friendly staff, very polite and kind. Apple farm is cozy, comfortable and safe. Beautiful landscape, clean pool and spa. Nice and quite. Enjoyed my stay very much. Highly recommended

The reception gave me a free wine ticket and said breakfast serves between 7 and 11. She didn’t mentioned the breakfast is not included and I have to get the wine before 7:00pm

The reception didn’t inform me properly. I saw a group of people at breakfast who were got misunderstood. If I had known about breakfast, I would have another plan

Breakfast (not included) was fantastic. Bathroom was nice - small, but nice. It wasn't properly cleaned before we arrived, but not too bad.

Room very cramped - photos on website not representative - but this is understandable. A lady was being trained at the front desk. She was very helpful and nice, but gave us keys that didn't work. After returning for new keys, got in fine. Early the following morning, the cleaning staff were having a conversation just outside our room, which woke us up much earlier than hoped. I mentioned this to the front desk person the morning we checked out - suggesting that they might want to retrain the cleaning crew about conversations right next to guest rooms. The answer was literally "Ok." Not a "thanks for the suggestion" or "sorry we woke you up". Just "ok". This was not a big deal - but thinking about this, the front desk person needs training more badly than the cleaning staff...
