Was pleasantly surprised about how nice this place was! A living room and a bedroom with a small balcony to sit at. But the best part was the courtyard in the middle of all of the rooms. Pretty trees, flowers, seating, gas firepits, pool and hot tub. Free cocktail hour to boot!! AND, the breakfast was a FEAST!! We got more for our money than we could have ever imagined and regret not staying two nights just so we could hang out in the courtyard!!

I reserved a room for my family of 5 and 3 towels where in the bathroom

Came early and was accommodated with a first floor suite. If I ever come back I’d definitely ask for an upper level. Did not feel secure in first floor and windows right into the bedroom. And the noise was a bit louder than expected from neighboring rooms.

Breakfast was awesome. Location was great. Grounds were well kept. Lobby was clean and inviting. Rooms felt spacious with high ceilings.

No safe in the room, even though Booking.com said there was. This would have been a deal breaker for us if we had known. Heating and A/C was a little confusing.

Free breakfast was wonderful we ate very good the variety too chose from was great barbecue at night free beer and wine very clean rooms nothing bad to say would stay again

Breakfast was very good, happy hour and barbecue also very good. I liked the lobby. The rooms were spacious and the bed comfortable.

The every evening happy hour is amazing. Free beer and wine from 5:00 - 7:30. Did I mention FREE! They gave us a mini suite when we just ordered a 2 bed room. We were so comfy. It had a living room with a couch/hide a bed, wet bar, TV, dining table... We were given so many towels each day it was great. Then...there was a full breakfast bar every morning. There was a good amount of pre packaged food items as well as cooks making special order omelettes, potatoes, meats, burritos and more. The outside of the place was beautifully clean and fresh as well. The pool and patio area is very inviting for hanging out. We were there basically to see the sights around that area and wished we had came just for the hotel! Surprisingly generous.

We were happy with everything. Nothing I would change. This was the best place we've stayed in a long time.

I checked in late. It was easy. My room was clean. Everything worked.

Some of the hotel is under construction so that made the courtyard not as attractive.

Room was excellent and bed was very comfortable. Very good breakfast, not the normal fare found in motels. Free beer and wine in the afternoon plus BBQ hamburgers, hot dogs and Philly cheese steaks at a very reasonable price.

The included breakfast was great! Outdoor area with fire pits is a nice way to relax outside the room.

This time our room was in the back section of the property and the courtyard area is being renovated. Although this will probably be great next time, we definitely prefer a room closer to the front of the property.

Location was great. About a mile walk to downtown, about a mile walk to SLO Cal Poly. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, with beds separate from a living room with sofa bed. Everything was very clean!!😁 The pool and hot tub were clean and easily accessible. The breakfast was awesome! Although we did not have the 5:30-7:30 BBQ, having that option at the hotel was very convenient.

Our family travelled in USA for 3 weeks and stayed in about 10 hotels. Quality Suites Downtown SLO is the best. The decoration style in the hall is unique and beautiful. Very friendly and helpful staff (front desk, bar, kitchen etc.). The room is comfortable and spacious. The happy hour (free drinks) and the BBQ every night is very impressive. The breakfast is high-quality and well-prepared.

Super large room with a living room space, 2 tvs in the room. Our room was on the top floor and was very quiet. Very good breakfast. Has a large pool and recreational area. Also it provides a bit of exotic feel for our trip as the decorations are quite interesting.
