Spacious unit, and convenient to skiing, free shuttle was great.

Kitchen was only stocked with bare minimum dishes and pans, and one burner didn't work.

great location and the ski shuttle is awesome for easy access to mountain. the updates are great and have really freshened it up!

they used to have coat hooks in the entryway and for a ski vacation location they really need that. sounds like a silly thing, but with 2 adults and 3 teens, coats, ski pants, helmets, etc were everywhere. they also used to have the same in the bedrooms. seems like a simple thing, but it makes a big difference!

Newly renovated. The ski shuttle is a huge plus and extremely convenient. Staff were all helpful and friendly.

Maybe it’s just growing into the renovation, but would be nice to have some kind of rack or storage with a drip tray for skis and snowboards. also, some mats of some sort and trays for boots. Minor, but beats having puddles of water on the floor.

This resort is so cozy and warm, the staff is super friendly and they made sure our stay was perfect! We even got a gift from them at the check in- a water bottle with the name of the resort on it! loved our stay, we will definitely go back again!

Nice place overall, lose to everything nice staff very accommodating needed to do late check out which they kindly agreed .

Third floor a little tough with luggage, skies, etc.

the “in room connections” wifi wouldn’t work, no hot water for a shower (it was ice cold) and also the stove/oven wouldn’t work. I was sad because I specifically got a frozen pizza we ended up microwaving.

The location is close to great parts of town and parking is super easy. They are renovating, so it will get better with time. The room was clean and check in was fast. The employees were helpful and polite.

The photos online indicated more/different amenities and renovated rooms. These rooms were dated, the beds were saggy, and the patio lattice was falling off. The amenities like mini golf weren’t possible because they were dilapidated. The rooms were HOT because the steam heaters were on, and there wasn’t any air flow, so it was too warm in the suite. There was one window AC unit that was loud and not cooling the place. The ceiling fans were coated in dust and grime. Some Of the shampoo/body wash dispensers were empty and the shower door was not mounted— So a little dangerous for a small kid to lean on. To be clear, the “resort” is like an old motel. No food, no games or activities in the lobby, no elevator, outside doors, no central AC. The linens were plush and towels were nice. Don’t expect it to be a resort, as it is titled.
