The location was awesome

The hot tub wasn’t clean we looked at it but then decided not to get in. The price was also high for the room, amenities etc

The room was very clean, and had everything we needed for our short stay including a fridge and microwave with small table for 2 for us to eat the lunch we brought. The bed and pillows were also quite comfortable. Our host was very friendly and there is even a jacuzzi and place to sit with the sounds of a creek nearby. This place is actually better than I expected for the low price, I will definitely stay here again when in the area.

No Continental Breakfast

Greg up front was really nice and helpful. He gave us tips for our visit to the hot springs and of places to eat near by. It was mud season so quite a bit of the shops were closed for maintenance. Mostly the local coffee shops and restaurants open. The location of the lodge was very convenient in walking distance to a lot of stuff. Really appreciated that we could have our cat with us as it's hard to find a good place near everything that will allows pets especially cats. Bed was super comfy.

I thought that breakfast came with our stay. However, both days there wasn't breakfast out. Just coffee, tea and the fixings to make them. On their sign out side its says breakfast so I was a bit confused. If they just up dated that I would not have been confused/ a little disappointed. The dairy and alternative dairy products they had for the tea and coffee I wish they had stored better. The ice bucket they had them in did not seem adequate for me to feel like they had or would have stayed cold enough for the time they were out.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was exceptional.

The location was perfect in the centre of town and close to all amenities . The local bus to the ski area which was free was across the road so no need to take your car . Greg and Chelsea were very welcoming and provided lots of useful information about the town and recommendations for dinner etc . They made us feel at home right away and that’s rare these day where so many hotels and lodges take a corporate approach . The accommodation had everything we needed and was warm and very comfortable.

Right downtown. Can walk around directly from the property.
