We traveled at the pick of the season, so this was one of the few hotels to have available rooms. I guess there is a reason they are some of the last to sell out.

The room was very old and small. The bathroom was also very small and didn't serm clean.

Roku TV was wonky, noise in hallway plus tapping/heater sound through walls, continental breakfast was very threadbare, hot tub was broken

Bristol was in a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of shopping, restaurants and bars. The town has a free shuttle to the mountain for skiing and to the Old Town Hot Springs!!

The hotel could be cleaner. We stayed for 5 nights and had a difficult time getting trash emptied and getting clean towels.

The location is perfect for being in town and close to the mountain. The hotel is charming and the sitting areas were very comfortable and like home. The staff are wonderful and very hospitable. Parking was easy and the breakfast items were perfect.

Well located in central downtown, very close and convenient to the bus stop for the shuttle bus to and from the ski lifts. The manager was helpful and friendly.

For US$330 per night, you should expect that the included breakfast would go smoothly each morning. There were frequent problems such as no milk, coffee having run out, no cereal bowls, pastries coming out 30 minutes late, etc. One particular staff member on duty on several mornings was unhelpful and was rudely defensive when asked whether the pastries were ready, whether there was any more milk or whether more coffee could be made.

Clean and comfortable. Heaters worked very well.

I didn't like the smell coming in from the bathroom window. It made my whole room smell awful.

The location was perfect for walking downtown Steamboat.The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable.I would stay here again.

The hot tub was shut down due to maintenance.

Can't really beat the location for proximity to everything in downtown Steamboat. We value walkability when we're traveling, and in a season when we weren't skiing, this location was excellent! Lobby is cute, and the staff is ULTRA friendly.

The room layout is kind of weird... two small rooms with an adjoining bath, so nowhere to sit unless you go out into the lobby. That turned out to be OK, but it wasn't ideal. The decor is fine, but I expected more in the rooms based on the pictures of the lobby. The popcorn ceilings, mix & match lightbulbs (5000K bulbs are not flattering), and ultra-high beds were a turn-off. The view is so unfortunate -- to look out on dumpsters when there's such stunning mountains all around that you can't see is a bummer. Nothing can be done about that, but just know what you're giving up for proximity to town.

Room was comfy and warm and hotel is in an excellent spot. The staff was great and super nice.

A little rough around the edges. Wall paper peeling away from Wall slightly, grout in shower a bit dingy.
