Our room was close to the outside door so it was easy getting the dogs in and out of our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have an area right outside of the restaurant that has a long table and chairs where you can sit with your dogs. They even bring the food out to you. The rooms were very comfortable and clean.

Could have had a better walking area for the dogs. Wouldn't have been as much of an issue if the area wasn't under water from all the rain. Other than that I believe the facility more than met our expectations and we would stay there again.

Clean, friendly/helpful staff. Did not check out the amenities, but there was fitness room and pools. Quality bathroom amenities.

Clean and comfortable for the most part. beds are getting a little old maybe. facilities are great. i enjoy the weight room except the TV's don't work most of the time. The restaurant is good, food is above average for the type, atmosphere is nice and the staff is polite and helpful.

Beds are stiff and the wifi isn't always easy to get onto.

a bit further from Gondola than I thought had to rely on shuttle and bus system as I did not have a car however shuttle was very reliable

Our flight out of Steamboat Springs was cancelled and we booked a room at the Holiday Inn. The staff was friendly and helpful after a very stressful day

Breakfast was awesome. However, service was slow considering very low clientele at the restaurant.

Overall it was a good stay. Friendly and courteous staff. Housekeeping skipped our room on the first day. Had to remind housekeeping to clean the room the following day.

we paid for 4 nights but due to a skiing injuries we left a day earlier only spent 3 nights, we were hoping we would get some kind of refund or credit

Our key and would not open any of the outside doors near our building. So we would have to go all the way around everytime we went outside.

Under construction and remodel so hard to find check in. Went to check out and no one there. No breakfast as promised on website. Loud people running up and down hallway late. Room heater super loud.
