absolutely horrific finding your room. you have to go to the 4th floor and get on a second elevator to go to the 3rd floor. The hotel layout is very confusing - all guest were scrambling to find their room!

being a historical hotel the balcony doors were original glass so I didn’t block out the noise of a leaf blower. but it wasn’t overwhelming.

We loved the historic building and the size and river view of our room. The location was great and the on-property restaurants convenient and good.

The staff was responsive but not personable. We are used to a level of engagement and friendliness when staying at properties and in rooms that are higher end facilities. While the staff performed their functions and responded to our questions/requests, they did so with little to no engagement or enthusiasm. We certainly got the feeling that we were being asked "how was your stay" with absolutely no interest in the answer. The same was true of the few other interactions we had with the front desk team. The Valet personnel on the other hand were very friendly, engaged and helpful.

Hotel was beautiful and great location.

No maid service. For a 4 day stay with two adults we had no changing of sheets or fresh towels. Also $39.00 a day for parking is completely taking advantage.
