Breakfast okay, location was good. Room was clean which I appreciate.

The guests with kids were noisy and early in the morning they were running down the hallway knocking on doors which woke us up. I didn't appreciate this. Our days were long working days. I did ask for a quiet room.

The staff was friendly and recommended an amazing steakhouse that delivered right to our room. The room was bigger than any other room we stayed in. There was 2 queen beds, a desk, a recliner, a microwave and fridge stand, a nightstand between the beds, tv armour, and coffee bar and we still had a lot of room to move around. There was a decent sized closet to store luggage and an oversized bathroom. The water pressure in the shower was amazing, and there were plenty of clean towels for our stay. The room was really clean, and the mini fridge was bigger than the average hotel mini fridge. We don't have an electric vehicle but noticed there were plenty of chargers for guests that did. Easy access to and from the interstate.

The laundry room was out of order during our stay.

The staff was very helpful. The place was clean. We asked for a shuttle to the airport for the following day, they acknowledged that request and the shuttle was on time.

The cleanliness was well achieved. Most pet hotels are somewhat smelly but our room was very nice and clean.

They didn't enforce the "all dogs need to be on a leash" law. There was a lady with three obnoxious Miniature Aussies (I think they were Mini Aussies) that were off-leash who were antagonizing my dogs who were leashed and another guy's boxer who was also leashed. I'm surprised the boxer didn't snap at one or that there wasn't a dog fight. She needed to be kicked out.
