That it was close to the hospital

They had bed bugs and they did accommodate my stay. I was furious!! They switched rooms but I was so uncomfortable I couldn’t sleep because of being ate up

The entry was nice. The staff was friendly. Great location. The bed was comfortable.

However, our room 4th Floor- King room was in must needs of renovations/updates. The entire room made you feel dirty. We never took a shower. The bathtub porcelain was peeling and came off in your hands. To include mold around the tub. Mold on the ceiling and walls, with water stains. We definitely did not walk on the carpet barefoot. Furniture banged up. Rust on all the table lamps. Plus we paid $250.00 for this. I will also be reaching out to corporate with these pictures. Please review the pictures attached, they are self explanatory.

I requested a recliner chair for my room when I made the reservation and I was told this would be possible. However upon checking in I was told no recliner was available.. Also several ice machines were out of order.

Y’all can do better on breakfast

Reception staff were helpful. Breakfast was ok.

Rooms were very dated and in our room the toilet mechanism broke . We had to change to a smaller room at 9.30pm as there were no other king rooms available. We were not offered any discount.

Break was good. Lobby area was nice

Bath room had mold all around shower. Toilet stopped up the first night. Advised person at desk at 7am the next morning but returned angry 5pm to a still plugged up toilet. Fixtures in room where stained and dated. Ac sounded as was need of repair.

Convenient, overall cleanliness.

Paint on ceiling in bathroom was peeling off, some noted trash on floor in our room. Elevator smelled like pot, hallway outside of 320 had very strong smell of pot both nights.

Extremely helpful and nice staff member at front desk.

Nothing
