The staff was really nice

We loved the hotel being in the heart of Greenville. We were close to everything! We also loved how friendly and accommodating the staff were.

We had to reset the TV upon entering our room, not a huge problem but a heads up would’ve been helpful. We also would’ve liked them to come in and make up our room while we were out but we thought maybe protocols have changed since COVID.

A gentleman named Fabian was helping with early check in as much as he could. The family had rented out the green room, we all traveled into NC. So we just needed to rest and get ready for the party. He was awsome, kept us posted as soon as there was availability. Awsome employee 👌

I was not really satisfied with the breakfast.

The room was impeccable and very roomy! However, the breakfast food was not very appealing except, perhaps, the bananas. I was very disappointed in the offerings!!!

Decent location, with a short drive to downtown and restaurants. Breakfast was pretty standard - if you've been to a Hampton Inn you'll recognize what they offer here too. The business center wasn't very secluded (it was in the middle of the breakfast area), but it was functional and offered a printer. The rooms were quiet, not too much traffic noise and noise from the hallway seemed to be well muffled.

The room wasn't ready when we arrived, around an hour after check-in time. Several other people were waiting for their rooms as well. There was a bit of confusion about when we were checking out too.

Breakfast was fine

Bathtub did not drain. I asked for towels 3 times . Did not receive clean towels . I asked the cleaning staff that was in the hall and went to the front desk .

The bathroom door didn’t lock and there was some moisture issues to where my clothes that had been layed out for the morning were damp.
