No complimentary coffee in lobby in the am. You can buy coffee at the over price restaurant. No usb plug ins way over price. Not what I expected . Will not stay there again. Choose wisely

I will never get the 14 dollar breakfast again. I maintain it was too expensive for the quality of the food. Biscuitville across the street is better quality food and it much less expensive. One can coke/soda is 3 dollars. The room was more than 200 dollars. My room was old and the metal sockets are rusty. The room is not worth 200 dollars in Greenville, NC.

The hotel had a party in the lobby area and you could hear the music vibrating in the guests room. I complained and other guests did as well and nothing was done to stop the loud music after 12 am when I covered my head with blankets to sleep. Horribel night!

Had to go to target to by cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom.. Bath tub was full of hairs.

Toilet wouldn’t flush .. Maintenance was gone for the day. Had to go down to front desk to get a plunger to fix the issue . Didn’t like the took $25.00 from my debit card after they said it was for a hold just in case..

the location was great and very convenient.

The breakfast was over priced.

king suite felt like a doctor’s office the pullout sofa was so horrible my son had to go somewhere else to sleep

I had to have money hold from my account because I live in Greenville. I think that’s crazy!
