I like the cleanliness and the information to commute in the city.

There was no awareness where to go to check in. The shower is to compact and the vanity too small. No microwave in the room. TV is not a smart tv only Antenna channels and it kept going out. No power source on both sides of the bed. You should not put water in the room if is not going to be complimentary to all guests. There is no equality in this hotel.

The lobby was nice

The AC felt like it was an off hand place and not facing the beds. So it would get hot during the night even though we had it at 68

Not much.

The bed was hard as a rock. The sink had hair in it. The desk was dirty and dusty. The parking was insanely over priced. Food, snacks, drinks were not just high priced, it was extremely disappointing and I would never stay at nor recommend this hotel to anyone.

What breakfast? No room service, no free breakfast. There was a huge buffet for convection people. It was $25.00 per person, way too much money and way too much food. Something small and inexpensive would have been great.

This is not a typical Hyatt luxury hotel . It’s a convection center. No special welcoming services. No room service. Dead disgusting plants along hallways to rooms. Only one bar for food. No restaurants . wine menu limited and very expensive ! Info on line sent to me was confusing and out of date. If hotel is just for conventions, then tell people up front. The manager was very nice and accommodating when I complained . Comfy beds.

Clean kept rooms

Too much noise from neighbors room. The walls between the rooms were not noise shielding so the neighbors who stayed up until 330am laughing and joking around were easily heard thru the room to room doors.

Proximity to the airport

I could literally hear everything it was so noisy. And I’m not even talking about the plane noise that I expected and was fine with. But I could hear every single time anyone used the toilet in an adjacent or above room because it made an awful loud noise. The room adjacent to me was screaming at each other all night and could hear everything because the walls are so thin. Could hear so much noise from the breakfast area downstairs that I was forced to wake up at 6-7am. Was not at all worth the price for the near constant bombardment of noise. If you’re sensitive to sound, stay far away from this hotel.

Room was clean and comfortable.

There is no room service which was annoying.

Breakfast buffet absolutely not worth the price. The gentlemen making eggs and omelets was very nice and that food was good but that was the ONLY food that was good and that is certainly not worth the $24 a person price tag. If they aren't going to make it better they really should just shut it down altogether, its that bad.
