Room, window view. I liked the bathroom and everything was very spacious.

I did not enjoy not receiving a fridge. Most hotels come with a fridge and sometimes micro. Had to pay extra for the fridge.

Loved the cleanliness of the hotel and location to the Donald E Stephens Convention center along with parking on site nearby. The atmosphere was top class without feeling a push of bigotry upon yourself in everyone's presence.

Though the price was a little higher than I had desired, the main issues in my experience were no clarification of alcohol sales cut-off time and the price of parking. I can understand a bit due to location and the convenience aspect, but 35 a night verses 15 at a nearby parking garage does leave a bit of a sour taste in ones mouth (and wallet). Amenities I was genuinely let down by was a lack of even a microwave for the room and a tiny coffee maker that is good for a small mug at best. A bit surprising that with a 2-bed hotel room, they don't have a simple appliance like a microwave.

Overpriced. I was told that Friday and Saturday we could take a shuttle to Athletes Unlimited Stadium and to Impact Field. There wasn’t even a driver on duty Saturday night at all. We had to pay for an Uber !

They were very accommodating with an early check-in and late check-out. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful with any questions I had.

The shuttle doesn’t operate on the schedule they say it does. It didn’t even show up when I arrived, I didn’t see it for over an hour even though the hotel said it was on its way and eventually I just ordered a Lyft. When I was going to the airport the front desk said it would be out front on the hour but it wasn’t there until 20-after. It’s also not labeled very clearly for the Hilton, it has a big M on it for the Marriott down the street since it services both hotels.

The friendly front desk staff who accommodated all my requests. The restaurant was also good.

Check-in, room and dinner was great!

Although I had hard copy of my reservation in hand, the clerk at the front desk could not find my reservation for ten minutes or so. They acted as if I was at the wrong hotel.

Very clean, comfortable, and nice pool area.

The walls are SO thin. There was so much noise on our floor that went late into the night.
