Cleaning staff want the best, but good. Everything else was great.

It was a very spacious room, with separate sitting room. Room was very clean and stocked with necessary toiletries (Shower Gel, Shampoo, Soap etc.) Bed exceptionally clean and comfortable, which afforded a good nights sleep.

Someone stole my car from this hotel 8-19-23 I'm still looking for it? Police didn't even come out? Hotel didn't even help me?

Some of the front desk people were busy but very nice. I had reservations for a few months before my stay. I checked right in.

Some of the front desk people were not very friendly or helpful. I got up to my room and checked my card account. My room reservation price was $435.17. They charged my card $518 for my room. I went down to the front desk asking about the price difference and the woman spouted off that they charged me a room deposit. After I had already checked in. Deposit charged for my room was $83. She said that I should get it back in 5 to 10 business days. It's been 5 business days and haven't received it back yet.

The shower didn’t work well, breakfast had to be ordered and you couldn’t exceed a certain amount, the balcony door didn’t open.

The staff was INCOMPREHENSIBLY AMAZING! I mean it! I only participated in this survey to absolutely GUSH about how remarkable the staff was. In pretty much any capacity, the best staff I've ever interacted with. SUBLIME service! The food at the in-house restaurant (The Arbor Kitchen), while a bit overpriced was really fantastic! Great flavors. The slices of cake are really small for the price; however, it was one of the best chocolate cakes I've had in a good while, so the trade-off is certainly worth it. And again, Arbor Kitchen staff is IMPECCABLE! Brilliant service. The reason I'm rating this hotel so high is because of their brilliant staff. If there's a staff award, this hotel certainly needs to be in the running! (I'm only half kidding. The staff here was just UNREAL!)

The rooms could have been better from a cleanliness standpoint. The comforter on my bed had a tear in it. The sink retains water, so the basin ends up covered in grime. The tubs were installed with permanent slip-resistant textures. Unfortunately, those are a hot bed of germs and dirt. We saw evidence of that in our tub. There is no shuttle service to and from Love's Field (which is about 15 minutes away) or the Convention Center (about 10 minutes away). The convenience store was a bit limited on beverages in particular. The ice machines, presumably in the entire hotel, were broken, so we had to either take ice provided in the convenience store (complimentary) or from the bar (again, complimentary, so no complaints there). One of the more perplexing and frustrating aspects of the stay was that at one point the elevator was out of service. There was no warning about this. The guests were not informed. Myself and two other guests had to take the stars from our floors, and attempting to find a way through winding corridors to the lobby was confusing and, quite frankly, unacceptable. When we did reach the lobby, we were told pretty flippantly, "The elevator doesn't work." There was no reason given, no time given on when it would be back up, nothing. Come to find out, they were repairing the room key scanner to allow people to access the guest floors. I (along with one of the front desk staff) found this out when I couldn't get to my floor without my key.

rooms extremely small. Coffee pot did not work. Asked 3 times over 4 hours for it to be replaced or fixed. WE ended up taking the pot to the front desk before any response was given. Paying an addition $25 per day for "at risk" parking.
