Nothing old dingy & smelled !!

Not happy did not stay in motel dirty room not vacuumed & dirty pillow cases , no closet for clothes ! Tried. Contacting Booking .com no results had to pay for another hotel !

Had a indoor pool Beds average with decent pillows

Most everything Worn down and really didn’t work Poorly organized rooms Front desk lady acted like she was about to strangle someone

free hot chocolate, hot hot tub, comfortable large beds, excellent location in North Conway just a mile from cranmore and Conway village. awesome bagel place right across the street to WFH

the “gym” is 2 broken treadmills circa 1990. weird bleachy smell throughout the hotel typical of hotels with indoor pools. dated rooms.

Great location, very reasonably priced, friendly staff with comfortable rooms. The best part was the staff who were very helpful and friendly. Loved the 24-hour coffee and indoor pool and hot tub.

The only one suggestion is that the bathroom towels could be larger. The property is somewhat dated, but that was not an issue given the value, location, and extras.

convenient location and affordable. fire pit was really good but would be better a little away from building as we had a peeper keep looking out the window of their room and we were just talking not being loud

outdated and drawers in room smelled really musty. the rooms themselves have a musty smell. the pool is basic and hot tub looks like something from a backyard. it wasn’t that clean.

I loved the room which was just remodeled, very cute . The dogs in the lobby , game room and pool/hot tub

I wish the pool was a little warmer

No Breakfast available. Location was excellent. Bed was very uncomfortable. Fire pit was nice, but could not feel any heat from it. Flames too low. Bathroom too small.

The location and price

No breakfast even though it was advertised when I booked the room. I didnt know this was a timeshare hotel the rooms are owned by individuals so you have no idea what will be in the room or the condition. Tiolet was big enough for a toddler not an adult. The lady at the desk when we checked in was not very friendly.
