The room was large, with a full kitchen, and the floor was tile. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was adequate, although there was no water in the dispenser.

The place needs a major facelift. The light fixture above the bathroom sink was badly cracked, the corner chair had the bottom lining torn and hanging out, the lighting in the room was poor.

I use to almost love everything, now I have nothing good to say at all👎 Just know you are dealing with unrighteous people, very scandalous, manipulative, cold hearted, malice, vindictiv, narcissistic behavior when dealing with this property just to say the least. This place has severely declined over the last few years☹️🫤😕🙁☹️Think twice before booking a room with this property. You can not say that you have not been warned. Nothing!, the kitchens are never clean any more! Every burner or kitchen cooking tops are cracked. Refrigerators are always dirty left unclean, a long with the dishwasher and microwave. They don't allow you to cook but keep in mind that when booking a room prior that you are booking a kitchenette. Pillows are hard. I and my family have awaken to unknown bite marks. Does not give you enough towels or amenities. Breakfast is trash so is the poor housekeeping. Nonchalant, rude ,and arrogant attitudes from all staff. Very unprofessional. Roach infested, A/C and heater unit is usually falling apart. Very sketchy area, high traffic, loitering in the parking lot, Your safety should be prioritize on any hotel property but in this case you are more pron to illegal activity just to say the least. You are definitely at high risk when considering to do any business with this property l. It was me and my fiance's birthday we have been planning for a while that we wanted to get a reasonably nice hotel we've been to your hotel before in the past so the fact that we were able to get to hotel for such a reasonable price again was so great to us because we absolutely love the view and the room overall was great not to mention the staff was super kind and nice they answered all my questions I was really worried I was going to be able to pay with cash because the customer service line I called for all the hotels I was asking for was giving me a lot of hassle confusion so when I actually just booked the room and called myself the staff committee was really nice both in the morning and in the evening and the maintenance people were very nice as well and so was the housekeeping they came immediately whenever we needed anything or had any questions.

We got booked on the third floor for the second time it is kind of a hassle going up all those steps but in the same side kind of needed to exercise and the good part was ironically we got the same room that we got for our last anniversary so it's kind of sentimental to us so the only bad thing was the stairs but honestly I could use the exercise lol

The cleaner did not come to clean our room. We stayed for four days and we even called receptionist to tell cleaner to come. The breakfast area is too cramp.

The service is not 24/7, I’m renting a 24 hour experience and space. We call reception for help with the bathroom and they told us to do it our selfs. This is not what we pay for. We were not able to use the bathroom.

on the site kitchen is included on the bedroom but he have nothing in the kitchen!!! we need to have our kitchen equipment such as pans, cutlery if you come to a hotel is that we had nothing, this is inconsistent

The breakfast was okay, not particularly great, but it was okay.

Breakfast consisted of: a pile of pealed cooked eggs covered with a plastic foil, an extremely sugared cereal, some vacuum packed muffins, and small artificially flavored yoghurts.

A gym was advertised online, which was decisive for our choice. When we arrived, it turned out that the gym was "under renovation". Check in was less than friendly, but had us search for the night check in (actually twice, because we drove by the first time), because they did not want to open the entrance. And a hair ball greeted us on the bed cover, when we entered the room.
