staff were friendly and did their best. I liked the spa facility

I was super disappointed that the room which has a kitchen (facility you pay for) did not provide a spoon or a fork or anything that you can actually use in the kitchen. I was told that you have to request it specially as they are saving environment and don't want us to use the sink and water to wash it.. Also, my room was not serviced. I had to make a special request for it to be serviced (I stayed 6 days) - the reason was blamed on covid, which happened years ago now. This is not what I would expect from a Hilton Hotel, which certainly charges top dollar for their name. The breakfast buffet was also super lame.

We ran out of toilet paper twice and had to call housekeeping to bring us some. We also ran out of coffee.

Stephen the adventure guide was incredible. The staff member went above and beyond to make sure that my short time at the resort was impactful he gave great resources for traveling great suggestions for hiking and was extremely supportive throughout the trip.

I would’ve liked continental breakfast that was included in the price

Loved the size of the suite and comfort of the mattress. Enjoyed the prepaid breakfast each morning. It was very convenient and filling. Enjoyed the star gazing and outdoor seating area and music.

I was a little disappointed in the view and size of the patio, however it was convenient for loading and unloading the car.

Great views. Food and staff at the restaurant were nice.

We had to change rooms because the first room smelt terrible. Then in the second room we moved into, one of the beds hadn’t been changed and there were hairs all over the pillows and sheets. The hotel feels like it has seen much better days and they are content to rip off tourists with very high prices.

Nice rooms, close to the nature trails.

Poor service. The staff is both overwhelmed and apathetic. Getting bedsheets for the rollaway took literally hours, we had to go down to the lobby to make it happen. Restaurant staff were abrasive. We heard numerous guests complaining about the front desk’s attitude.

Location, great food, great staff

Booked thru booking.com and breakfast was included. Got to resort and it was not. False advertising, not honest.
