Location, quiet, had what we needed. Amazing shower!!

Anticipated the room would feel dated but was hoping that the bed would be more comfortable based on prior reviews. In the end a comfortable bed matters most and this one ran too soft, yet sank to that hard base and sagged in the middle kind of thing

Fabric Couch was stinky, musty smelling. Smelled up room.

Office didn't open until 9:00 a.m. I left at 7:00 a.m.

Very clean and comfortable, nothing is missing. The rooms are quite large, plenty of space. The manager and employees are all very nice, we got very good advices about the trails. The location is top; personally, I prefer staying there than in Sedona which is quite busy. We will surely come back. Don’t miss the sunset at Cathedral Rock which is 10mn away.

El lugar es precioso, la habitación tiene todas las comodidades y está decorada con buen gusto.El hotel no ofrece desayuno, pero hay un café a pocos minutos andando, en la misma acera del hotel. En la acera de enfrente hay un restaurante estupendo, con buenos precios y un servicio genial, allí cenamos. Y, qué decir de las vistas, el paisaje en los alrededores del hotel es espectacular. Puedes dar un agradable paseo hacia Bell Rock. Buena cobertura WiFi. El hotel dispone de una pequeña piscina y de jacuzzi, lo cual no consta en la información facilitada por Booking.

Aunque ya lo sabíamos, el horario tanto de entrada como de salida es restringido. Queríamos salir a las 8 de la mañana y tuvimos que avisar para que abrieran Recepción a esa hora y pudieran registrar nuestra salida. Es cierto que en el exterior tienen un buzón donde dejar la llave, pero no lo sabíamos. Al final, con la espera, se nos olvidó pedir la factura.
