This property is advertised as having free wifi and free parking however when you arrive they make you pay a €16 fee plus tax for both of those things. This isn’t advertised anywhere and at time of booking it says the price includes all taxes and fees. I will be seeking a refund of this fee due to false advertising. I’m also not happy about being charged a €200 holding fee when we only stayed a night and it will take 2-4 weeks to get back onto my card?? In addition, we didn’t sleep well because the bed was old and we rolled into eachother all night, the fridge was extremely loud, and the old air con would come on all throughout the night making a lot of noise.

Easy access to everything.

Carrying suitcase up and down stairs. There needed to be an elevator in all buildings. Not condusive for handicapped. Tv in an ackward place.

The facility was very clean and a good value for the money. The location was good as long as you don’t mind being about 15 mins away from the main part of Sedona. However it was very convenient to the Bell Rock hiking trail. There were also impressive views of the surrounding red rocks. Free parking and the hot tub was nice after a long day of hiking. The staff was friendly.

The property is showing its age a bit and could use updating. The mattress in particular seemed a bit worn but still slept ok…it was fine for one night. As other guests have mentioned they attempt to sell you on a time share presentation upon checkin at a sister property down the road.

The employees were super friendly and helpful. The inn is in a great location. The room was comfortable and had plenty of space

The front desk staff was very welcoming. The manager was also kind in allowing me to cancel my first night without a penalty when I called to let them know I missed my flight . I kep my reservation for 2nd and 3rd night. Friendly front desk made me happy to check in. And they gave a list of local breakfast places since they do not offer that.

Bell Rock Inn is listed a Diamond Resort. It is a time share. You will be hounded by the Time Share sales person before you leave the reception area front desk. I think for the amount we pay for their rooms should not have to push away a pushy sales person! Move her out of reception area please. I came to relax in SEDONA not interested in hearing about Hawaii time shares the Hilton owns. Please consider how this changes the welcoming committee who was nice when I entered. I also was given room 256 and had the most uncomfortable bed that sagged when you sat on it. Uncomfortable to lie down on too. I suggested they replace the mattress. However, the room was very nice and had a view of Bell Rock.
