My reservation from your organization was never received!!

We made reservations 3 weeks prior and traveled 2 hours to the hotel to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. We arrived at 4:30 and at 5:15 were told they didn't have a room ready and that there were about 20-30 people ahead of us without a room ready. We had dinner reservations at Mahogany's (a very elegant restaurant) and had to get ready in the lobby and the lobby restroom. I was told we would get a call when the room was ready; however, at 9 pm we returned to the hotel and found a room available - but a call was never made to us. Although there were many people who checked out that day, i felt like 5 pm was MORE than adequate time to turn the rooms around - or they need more help. The manager provided breakfast coupons for the next day; however, the mood for the evening was not what one hopes for when it's an anniversary.

The location was good for where we going. The lobby was very nice.

The front desk staff were less than friendly and more interested in talking to each other. The parking garage while attached to the hotel is not convenient. You have to walk from the garage down and around a long hallway and through the lobby before reaching the elevator to the guest rooms. The room was nice but the comforter had strange yellow stains and the A/C would not go below 71 degrees.

The 24 hour notice for housekeeping. We stayed three nights and ran out of coffee creamer, toilet paper and tissues so every day we were making special requests it would be nice if housekeeping stopped in automatically and just re-supplied the rooms even if they don’t clean them.

Breakfast was good but too expensive. Liked the available ice machine and accessible rooms option. Location was great and staff was helpful.

Breakfast costly. Too expensive for an old, not recently renovated room.

Not really a complaint because it was fixed by a move to a different room but it took a while to find out that the reason the room wasn’t warming was a burned up motor in the heating system…of course the first room was better furnished for three people than the sudden move.

I wish the breakfast was complimentary. I also wish there was a microwave in the room. I needed one for my heat pack. The 2nd room we had was beautiful and clean. Everything we did was with in a 15 min radius of the hotel

Our first room was clean but the shower was clogged. I showered and felt nasty after standing in 3in of water. Wish this hadn't happened because then we had to move all of our stuff after already being settled in. This was a large inconvenience and that wasn't compensated at all except to move rooms.

My husband attended an event while i stayed at the hotel to enjoy the hot tub. I was concerned by some of the reviews. But the hotel was very clean, room, bathroom, halls, carpet. The hot tub was amazing!

Paying to park where you stay is absolutely ridiculous!!! We were unaware there were 2 Double Trees in Tulsa, went to the wrong one...lol

the beds were comfortable. Maintnance was amazing

there were no towels in the bathroom. the ac blew hot air till 3:45 am and had to have maintenance come then laid awake for a couple more hours till the room cooled off.

Did not eat breakfast there. The last time I was there (October 2022) free coffee was provided in the lobby at 5:00 a.m. Now have installed a Starbucks in lobby that does not open until 6:00 a.m.

No pads of paper or a pen in room. Only had one cafienated coffee packet in room, and no cream. Had to go to front desk to get another packet and front desk woman found some cream. Also, a noise came on and off all night--like pipes in ceiling.

There was no blankets on either of the beds there were no cups to make coffee the bathroom sink drained slow and the bathtub has a dirty ring around it because it drains slow told the girl at the front desk and she acted like she didn't even care but whatever very unprofessional she was she's at a represent your hotel

It’s a beautiful hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.

I got stuck in the elevator for about 10 minutes. It wouldn’t move and the door wouldn’t open. I didn’t sleep good because drunk people were yelling in the hallway throughout the night, all the way up to 2:00 am. I had to get up at 4:30 am.
