I reached out a few days after due to a family member becoming ill and we had a change of plans per doctors orders and we were not making the trip. I NEVER got communication back from ALOFT NOR BOOKING.com. Stealing money isn’t cool, I didn’t mind paying a fee but paying a full rate with out staying and with at least 5 days of notice. Not cool, I need a refund for a room I did not stay in.

A little confusing,unusual

The bed was soft, but the pillow was large and hard.

Location

For $500 there should be soap in the shower. And the headboard looked like a princess had been hitting her head over and over on the headboard. She scratched it up real bad. The card keys didn’t work and the prehistoric phone in the room. I mean really. This is not a place where I will stay ever again.

Urine stains on our matress covered by towels to hide it. Gross stain on the curtains. The old lady at the front desk with a short blonde bob had a very unwelcoming demeanor and disrespectful tone like us checking in bothered her. But the other 2 younger desk ladies were nice, helpful, and did a great job. 1 Star.

I liked the Parking being in a fenced and gated

I didn't like that I had to pay 15 dollars for parking, My hotel cost should have covered that

Our king room was great, very clean. The property is completely fenced for extra security. Parking garage was big enough to fit our crew cab pickup with ease. Within walking distance to BOK, which was fantastic!!

Check-in area was awkward, there wasn't anywhere to park out of the way of traffic.

Location was greay and the staff was super nice. Gated parking arrangement was clutch.

Pool was closed. Exterior of building is unattractive

Pool doesn’t match the pictures. Super small. No breakfast. In a bad area. Won’t be staying here again. Cost doesn’t meet what should be provided.

The room was very clean and unique in comparison to the typical hotel room stays. The bonus area upon entering made working on the computer much more comfortable. My canine companion was the reason for my stay, and he found the bed to be extremely comfortable/ he has pins and cement along his central spine. The pet relief area was larger than any we have ever encountered in and out of the U.S. We also liked the fenced in area beside the bar for dinner and a late night drink. Truly was the most pet-friendly stay for our adventures.

I had to keep asking about which areas I was allowed to enter with the dog. Perhaps a list of pet-friendly rules either at the front desk or in the room would benefit future guests?

This was converted city hall building. Very old and not clean outside windows were filthy. They did not serve breakfast

It was clean and good location

We didn’t get to check in until 7pm. We were suppose to get to check in at 3 and get ready for our concert that started at 5 pm. So we had to go find somewhere else to get ready and then missed the first event of the concert.

The location was great.

Entry from parking area into hotel difficult. Had to make multiple trips following check in to put parking pass in vehicle Poorly marked areas made it difficult to get around. Long line and wait time to check in. The hotel was hot. The room was hot, AC was not working. Bathroom was an awkward set up. Poor design.
