Good location, clean.

Not as clean as it could have been.

My family and I completely enjoyed ourselves at this hotel. We loved the hot breakfast we only wished they would have had a waffle station, my boys LOVE waffles. but everything else was perfect. Great location! my boys loved the pool and hot tub. beds were very comfortable and everything was very nice and clean.

they only thing we missed was the waffle maker.

Trash bags, boxes, and janitor equipment was the first thing I saw every morning when I looked out my window. Killed baby roach running across the counter in the butler's pantry. 20 minutes after entering room

Location was where i needed to be at for work.

Noisy plumbing, clerk was not able to provide me a reciept because i booked third party.

I have been waiting for an e-mailed receipt since checkout for my business expenses. I have called this hotel numerous times and called the IHG number to no avail. Staff stated that the e-mail system was down.

I stay in Baton Rouge, LA and I spent my weekend there. The hotel gets a 10/10 from me. I enjoyed the breakfast, it most definitely exceeded my expectations. I just thought that the grits were going to be cooked as a side instead of us having to make it in a bowl with just hot water. That was the only thing I disliked. Everything was clean, my room was clean and comfortable which is the main thing that I look for when booking a hotel room. The location of the hotel was right off the interstate close to many restaurants and store. If I ever come back to Alabama, I will most definitely stay here again.

Well this Booking.com website that I booked my room with and got a confirmation number sold my room out from under me. We drove five hours with a baby and when we got there they said this website does this often and double and triple books rooms. The website should not book for the hotel.
