convenient to food, shopping and my sons college, love they layout of the suites, plenty of room, didn’t feel cramped like hotels usually do

I made reservations through booking. The hotel couldn’t find the reservation. I called Booking who placed me on hold and called the front desk of the hotel as I was standing there to get this resolved. I later found out I was talking to booking through international calls which I was charged but that’s another story. The front desk guy said he worked it out and I thought that it was resolved only later to see the next day my card was charged twice. This tied up my account and messed my plans up. I called the hotel and they told me initially it was booking’s error. I called booking and was told it was the hotel’s error. I called the hotel back and she said she would get the the general manager to look into this further. Later was told it was the hotel’s error and they would refund me the 2nd set of charges. I was told to call my bank to have them release the funds back to me sooner. I called the bank and because it’s the weekend, they could not do anything so I had to wait. I called the front desk back and told them what the bank said. She said due to the situation, that she would check with the general manager to see what they could do for the inconvenience. I never received a phone call. I spent so much time trying to handle this. Days later I did get the refund for the 2nd set of charges and was charged the full amount for the stay. I never heard from anyone as I was promised. This was a very frustrating experience.

Love everything about the location and the hotel is always clean smells good and the staff is always nice

The carpet needs to be changed in the hall. Very dirty and stained !!
