- Hotel employee at the reception was very friendly and helpful when we arrived and had some issues with the reservation.

-The hygiene !!! Unfortunately on the day of arrival it was already so late we went to bed immediately without checking or noticing the DIRTY sheets. The following morning it was a shock to us to see the sheets with red stains ( sauce) and other little stains…. looks like they didnt change it at all after the former guests. We immediately complaint at the reception and during the day when we we’re gone they changed the sheets with still stains on it. The TOWELS they brought daily was also full of not removable stains. After all it is unacceptable and shameless for almost 80$/ per night ( we stayed 5 nights because we visited some people) to have such a poor service. I am not a picky person and very easy going but when it comes to hygiene which could probably affect the health it is just a NO-GO if the accommodation do that to the guests. -Parts of the bathroom / shower seems broke and there was a leak on the showerhead as in the bathtub drain… the wall were not really clean. The sink had some issues with the draining system so the water stays on for a while. - Breakfast was included but it was not a big choice Everyday the served the same things : Scrambled eggs, biscuit and some weird gravy…and a few fruits and bagel to toast. We tried it out but after the hygienic issues in the room i kind of doubt to keep trying the breakfast. After all, i wouldnt come back to this place. And there are so many things they need to improve, especially the HYGIENE!

Breakfast was not up to my expectation. No bacon or sausage and eggs was mixed with something to stretch it. The air-condition on the 2nd floor was not working or not on on Sunday, 7/30/2023.

The place could have been cleaner in the room's bathroom.

All the roaches. Having to find another hotel last minute. Still waiting on my refund this is ruining my vacation it's not my fault the hotel was ROACH INFESTED

We was in room137 and We was Supposed to stay Friday- Sunday. Upon arrival there was No Front Desk person. We waited for 10 Minutes in Real time. No Exaggeration . The Lady came down and appeared to be in a Bad Mood. We got our key and went to the room it was Smelling of mold and wet. the towels were dirty and the sheets as well. We decided to go to another Hotel because of the smell. The Front desk person that morning was understanding and helpful. If you are on a Family Vacation This isn’t the Spot! Dirty Not for Relaxation and Comfort! Very Disappointed ! Shields

Advertised as serving a full breakfast, but only served a continental breakfast, poor housekeeping, and for the price of the room I felt cheated the room had no closet just some small Chester that could only hold a couple of garments, and the customer service suck
