Last minute trip right before Mardi Gras left me with few options for a place to stay so I took a chance on this one. I was nervous because I knew that it was an older property. We were greeted warmly by the staff and were made to feel very welcome. The room was clean and comfortable and sufficiently met our needs. The common areas were maintained well and kept clean. Breakfast was the typical fare but it was fresh and hit the spot. I would stay here again in the future.
Older property but that was not al big deal since it was clean and the staff was great!

Every night had to get a new room key and the room had a bad odor, like pee mixed with cigarettes. The room was horrible and my overall stay was very disappointing, would never stay here again.

breakfast was nice. pool was open and clean. room was spacious.
had reservation for 2 nights and stayed only 1 night. Had to leave per manager request. Need refund for 2nd night.

Two Weeks Before When I Made The Reservation, I Asked For A Room On 1st Floor As Close To The Lobby As Possible, Just Had Full Knee Replacement Surgery & I Was Interviewing Clients, NO HELP Put Me On Second Floor And Way Down The Hall!!

Loved our stay here and the staff was very friendly and very helpful I booked the wrong hotel so we had to go 6 hours away from home but the staff was helpful

Didn't like the fact of having to walk so far to get to elevators!

Breakfast was great. And was prepared on time. But the cook could've been nicer.
Cook didn't respond when I said "Good morning". She just watched me fix my plate the entire time, but didn't socialize at all.

The room has a very loud smoke smell.. Roach in the bathroom on the vanity.
