Front clerk very nice young lady

MOSTLY the beds have 2-3 inch foam mattress pads. I am 5’8” and i could not get up onto the bed on my own! It was horrible. Then i had to get up at 3am to go to the restroom and getting out of the bed was treacherous . My knee and back hurt so much that i gave up the thought of getting back into the bed after I returned from the restroom at 3am Soooo I stayed awake dreading how tired i would be all day. Definitely not conducive bedding situation if you have knee or back problems!!! And #2 problem i am handicapped and we had reservations in a handicap room. The electric blinds were broken in our room and wouldn’t close (1st floor room looking out to the parking lot less that 10ft from the window) so they moved us at 9:45pm at night

Tub drain was stopped up and they never would fix it

Sarah and Melinda were very accommodating. Very friendly and welcoming. They made our stay very comfortable with their excellent customer service.

There were ants coming out of the wall socket behind the microwave 😳
