Tarryn was excellent. We had a run in with a few things, and she handled it very well.

The room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. We arrived to a sock in the kitchen sink. The next morning, me and my son’s clothes were wet because the AC unit had messed up. Tarryn handled my issues with grace, and she was very pleasant.

Staff would not give bedding for sofa bed. Outdated hotel and staff was not helpful

I must say from the moment I entered the building, the lady at the desk, I want to say her name was Kim she greeted me so well. She informed me about the facility as well as the complementary bags of ice and the breakfast for the weekend which was outstanding. I will definitely be back again. The breakfast was good. They tried hard to add a bit of variety in their choices so that it wasn't the same thing every day. The rooms and facilities were kept very clean.

The hotel had a laundry room that was included in our room fee. However, the dryers weren't working. Apparently the ducts needed to be cleaned to get better air flow to the dryers so that they could heat properly. In talking to other guests who had been there for awhile, they said that they mentioned it to the manager, but nothing got done. I hope they attend to this issue, not only to get the dryers working properly, but also to avoid a serious risk of a fire hazard.

Comfortable bed. The room was very clean. Good breakfast and coffee available in the lobby anytime.

The bathroom didn’t have any towel racks. There was only one hook in the whole bathroom. nowhere to hang a wet washcloth or towel. The vanity wasn’t lit well enough. And there wasn’t a place to hang a hand towel.
