The staff was nice.

The complimentary cleaning every other day didn’t happen, I had to hunt for toilet paper, towels and empty my own garbage for 9 of the 10 days I was there. Some woman knocked on my door around 5pm asking if I wanted the room cleaned! No! Not at 5pm. There was a group of guys in the back parking lot playing dice on a Friday evening.

The breakfast was good.

The pool was closed for maintenance. They didn’t reserve a room with 2 queen beds so we had two suits instead with no door joining them. I worried about my 13 yo son being alone in his room the entire stay. Then on our second night they didn’t have us down as being in that room so they locked my son out of his room. We had to go to the front desk , at 2 AM, after attending the event we were in town for to get it straightened out and get a new key. Thank goodness his belongings were still in the room and housekeeping didn’t clean it all out!
