Loved all of it. The free drinks and appetizers were a huge plus.

Pool had just been “worked on” , we were warned the water might be cold. Hot tub was unavailable. Bed was stiff. Phones in room did not work to call to front desk, so every time we needed something we had to go down there. Will not be back.

Location is very convenient. Breakfast and managers reception are delicious and plentiful. Almost all staff were super friendly especially front desk, omelet station, and room housekeeping. Room well laid out and comfortable and quiet for sleeping even when halls were filled with loud hyper kids.

The shower curtain would not close and so showers were cold and uncomfortable. Hot tub broken. Pool way too crazy with unchaperoned, over the top wild children. Breakfast not frequently enough restocked, cleaned, or staffed for how many people were there this weekend. Elevators not sufficiently working to handle so many guests.

Their staff is pretty awesome and professional though. You’ll encounter some pretty decent people around the bar area also.

They had roaches and I think just tried to charge me for them.

There was a mop in the elevator. The door on my shower came off in my hand. In room coffee was gross. Breakfast was mediocre.

We didn't have it because our flight was leaving before it opened. We would have liked for there to have been a breakfast grab bag for people in this situation. I am sure the price for breakfast was included in our payment but we didn't get to enjoy it.

We didn't like that the electricity went out, and the staff didn't communicate sufficiently, nor were they that helpful in problem solving. No one offered candles, etc. We had 4 kids with us staying in a suite for 6 people, but had to go searching for blankets and sheets. No one said that we had them in the room when we requested them. And we couldn't see in our room to find them anyway. I understand that no one can control whether the power goes out during a storm, but there are many things staff could have done to communicate, provide good customer service, and help.

Great location, not too busy, not too far from our event venue

Lost power for hours with 2 little ones with us. The staff could not provide us with an answer on anything. There was no communication from hotel staff when the power first went out. Even to just let us know they were working on a solution. Ice machine down on multiple floors. I had to go to guest services. My daughter slipped on the floor in the pool area just by simply walking and the floor being slippery for unknown reasons.

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms was big and very clean. We stayed in a queen suite. My daughter loved the pool and I enjoyed the hot tub. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. I have nothing bad to say about this stay. The price was even very reasonable for such a nice hotel. If we ever come to Columbus again we will be staying here!

The breakfast was fantastic along with the omelet guy and our server. The location was good for what we needed.

The room 414 was horrible. No toiletries and when we needed towels housekeeping said there weren't any after she told me to drop the ones I was giving her on the floor in the hallway. Mini fridge door was uneven and the 4th floor ice maker was broken...

The staff was concerned when our room's thermostat was not working and the room was uncomfortably hot. Maintenance came each day, sometimes several times trying to fix the issue. The breakfast omelets were our favorite and we liked having a Starbucks in the lobby for espresso drinks. Ashley was great, too. Plenty of parking, some in shade Lovely grass for our dog to walk - but trash receptacles were overflowing. Check-in staff were lovely - and welcoming, especially our dog. Liked that there is an ice on each floor but often our ice machine was not working Our room had so many doors! And the higher cabinets adjacent to the sink were awkward. Only one electrical receptacle and tricky to plug in hair dryer. Shower was nice. Towels were very nice Bed was comfortable and room was dark, but in our case, also very hot and stuffy.

Our room was impossibly hot and despite valiant efforts, the cooling unit was not functioning. The room faced West so the afternoon sun was hot. Only on the third day was it suggested we move but we had only one night left and after a taxing week of meetings and travel moving did not appeal to us late at night as it was.

I've stayed here a few times and have not been disappointed. Staff nice, rooms are nice size, and the breakfast is always good.
