Bed were confortable. Breakfast was very good.

Had an issue with the TV, but the staff worked diligently to resolve the issue. TV was too small for the room. The toilet has seen better days and needs replacing.

Carmen checked me into the hotel during a very busy Saturday afternoon. She was kind, courteous and very helpful. She followed up to ask if my room was ok. And kindly answered questions. The housekeeping manager was amazing as she ensured the rooms were ready for the guests. All staff was efficient and friendly and helpful.

Carmen at the front desk is amazing. Every single time we stay (1-2 times a year) she’s there with a smile and always checks in via text to make sure our stay is wonderful.
