The property is very neat and clean. It’s maintained the hygiene. There is a kitchen facility too. Which is very clean. All the utilities are present in the kitchen.

However I am not sure that whether they are changing the bed sheets or not when someone is checked out.

I stayed at a solo room. It has its own private bathroom which was very convenient. Everything was very clean! Having the coffee and ice cream shop in the lobby was very convenient. I originally booked a shared room but decided to opt for single occupancy. Glad there was one available. The proprietor made the translation very smoothly.

It’s a little far from the Convention Center.

Great value, very walkable neighborhood and bus stops are close by. My bed was comfy and clean

Check in was smooth with the lovely and professional older gentleman on reception

First room had air-con issues so reception upgraded to room with en-suite and working air-con, great problem solving so no issue :)

It was really close to everything in the city and stuff was amazing!

Die Unterkunft wurde per meinem Aufenthalt im Oktober 2023 anscheinend frisch renoviert. Alles war sehr neu und sauber. Leichter Hippie-Bobo-Vibe, passend zu Denver. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, auch im dazugehörigen Café "Eiskaffee" (ja, das heißt wirklich so!). Die Lage ist nicht unmittelbar "Downtown", aber mit dem Bus, der 3 Minuten zu Fuß auf Lincoln (parallel zum Broadway) wegfährt, ist man in 10-15 Minuten bei der Union Station - und davor kann man alle möglichen Stellen von Downtown Denver erkunden.

Die Dusche hatte keinen ordentlichen Druck. War ein bisschen ein Tröpfelbad.

Het bed van 140cm was simpelweg te klein voor twee personen. De airconditioning in de kamer functioneerde niet. Aan te raden grotere kamer (groter bed) te boeken wanneer je reist met twee personen
