Breakfast is not complimentary. Fifteen dollars a person for the breakfast can eat a great meal at a resturant

I liked the ease of getting in and out of the motel. I liked the staff they were very friendly and helpful even when they made mistakes, they were quick to remedy the problem
We were originally sent to a room that was already occupied. This was corrected quickly.

15.00 to pay breakfast and then have to pay for parking when it a private parking lot is crazy. There were alot of strange looking people in and out the hotel. People take were clearly on drugs. Glad police were on the property the entire time but why was that even going on. Very weird and concerning. Probably won't stay at this location ever again.

Very nice check in experience, room was clean and bed very comfortable! There is a small restaurant/bar in the lobby and everything we tried there was great. Very convenient location to downtown.
The sink in our room was clogged so water didn’t drain down. even though we had a “do not disturb” sign on the outside of the door, the cleaning staff tried to walk in at 9am.. luckily i had the top lock on.

Toilet handle was broke and water wouldn’t stop running. I had to fix it. Shower head was loose, tv satellite unreliable, A Fee to park our car at the hotel. 1 set of towels

The beds were comfortable and my accommodations were clean. The view of Greenville from the bedroom window was beautiful!
The property is old and could use some upgrades and renovations. The breakfast was not very good and I was surprised for the amount that I paid. The doors on the shower were difficult to close and kept falling open. The elevators were slow and could use maintenance repairs.

The room was clean and the bed/pillows were great! Bathroom clean and nice sized shower….my husband fell in love with the body wash lol. No issues at all with the room itself. Staff was friendly and approachable.
One thing that irritated me was the $6 parking fee!!. This was not in the booking description and was a surprise. Why do paying customers have to pay another fee to park on their lot??? No hotel I’ve ever stayed at charged me to park! That’s the only problem that I had but to me, it’s a major issue and that will cause me not to book there again. They should add that in booking details.

From start to finish the process was completely seamless. The rooms were clean and spacious. Everything was clean and the view was nothing short of amazing. This is our second time staying here and it won't be the last time.
Everything was great, I wish there were more wash clothes but outside of that no complaints at all. Keep doing what you do. We will definitely be referring others to this property. Kuddos!

The location is convenient
I arrive there on Friday around 830 pm the staff wasn’t welcoming They were not rude. I just wasn’t welcomed and they didn’t acknowledge me. Both reps looked at me and just kept doing there job at the registering desk. I basically had to walk up to them just for them to sign my son and In. The morning staff members on Saturday morning staff at the registering desk really nice and Sunday morning really nice but the evening stuff was not rude but at the same time wasn’t really that welcoming. Oh and the indoor pool Saturday morning kitchen hostess was not nice. She was kind of rude and they wasn’t busy so I don’t want to see you like doesn’t excuse for you all to provide so overall I give my experience about a six. Please add a microwave inside of the rooms like all hotels have now and that was just so weird that we had to go out of our room to warm up my food

1. As a Hilton rewards member, I was not allowed a late checkout. 2 Buffet breakfast was significantly over-priced and menu was extremely limited. I had better more wholesome breakfast for free at Hampton Inn & Suites. 3. Room had a profound odor and smelled. 4. I checked in and was given a 2nd floor room with window view facing the AC. 5. The evening bar/restaurant menu was extremely limited and over-priced. 6. The hotel did not have an airport shuttle service. My HIlton Honors # is:

The bathroom was great. I loved the shower with the different setting and the fact that the phone actually worked and allowed me to call room service.
The pillows and the bed were horrible. The pillows were flat no matter how much I fluffed them up. The bed felt hard and uneven. It was just really a very hard sleep.
Also I was told that the wifi was included. But when I got there it said only limited wifi was included and that I would have to pay for the full wifi per night if I wanted to use it. There were cheaper rooms available that offered full wifi service that would have allowed me to get mybwork done, but because of this it cost me a days work.
Also I was told that the restaurant would be open. That was not the case. The lady at the front desk said that they did not have enough people staying for the restaurant and that other was going to be closed until after the new year. The only reason I even decided to stay here was because of the restaurant being open for Christmas dinner. After finding this out I had to come out of more money that I really did not plan to.
For these reasons I will not be staying here again.

I travel every year for my birthday. This was the first time in 15 years I wasn't acknowledged by staff at a hotel on my birthday. Hearing Happy Birthday means alot to me.

Room was okay it didnt have a odor smell...loved the shower...lotions, shampoo and conditioner bottles on wall. Ask for more towels and they were delivered in a fast timely manner!
The Kane Brown Concert, I guess made up for it because it was phenomenal!!!
The elevators broken with only one working, all cramped in there with the entire hotel guest sucked, along with a dog trying to sniff everybody privates was very uncomfortable.
The hallway had a odor that wasn't so pleasant and needed a serious vacuuming.
The price I payed for one nite was expensive to only be disappointed. I thought it would be a tip notch Hotel. If I had shopped around, I think I coulda had a lot better deal and experience.

The room was nice and comfortable and clean.
Tried to get coffee for the room and the lady never found any and I was told I have to wait until morning even though I thought it comes complimentary with the room so I wait until morning only to discover I'll be charged extra if I get any breakfast or coffee. You don't get anything complimentary even though you definitely pay for it. I could have paid less somewhere else and probably had plenty coffee and even maybe a free muffin to hold me until I check out. The only thing I enjoyed was that it was clean and comfortable but I could find that elsewhere for cheaper. I literally got one piece of bacon and one piece of sausage and was charged $6. So sad. I will not come back here.
