Staff was all super friendly when you could find them, however one man was so old and couldn’t remember the last thing you said five seconds ago.

The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, everything was old and super worn.

The bed was so bad that. Even though paid for only stayed for one. Could not stand another night in the bed.

The property was very well-maintained super clean, and the staff was very nice and accommodating.

if I had one negative would’ve been nice if the pool was heated, other than that everything else was fantastic.

I really liked the free breakfast and the hotel is very conveniently located.

I have no complaints.

The jetted tube and breakfast was great! The hotel is in a great location as well!

I think they need to upgrade the TV

Don't know. Booking.com messes up the reservation and Holiday Inn wouldn't let us have the room. Supposed to be reserved for 2 adults and 2 kids with 2 beds. Booking.com sent it for 2 adults only. Couldn't get hold of booking.com and Holiday Inn wouldn't honor the reservation. Credit card sure got charged though. We had no place to stay at 8 pm. Worst travel experience ever and we have traveled many places around the world.
