They over charged me for my stay

Staffing

The staff was very friendly and accommodating! I arrived earlier then expected and they were able to help me get a room lickety split! I loved that there is a pool table available even though I didn't have time to play. We had a concert to go to so we were unable to attend the reception unfortunately.

Everything was wonderful!

Sofa bed dated and stained. No sheets for sofa bed, only blankets and 1 pillow. Had to ask for towels and wash cloths as 4 people were staying there.

The location

The drive way to the hotel is to small for cars and suv to pull into for check in and out.

Absolutely nothing. Leaving was the only positive.

At the very least, have the room I paid for available. Or refund the difference as I was promised twice. Neither of those things happened

The floor near the window was soaked with water., The walls were dirty,, it had brown spots up and down the wall. The carpet in the room was lifting up and not clean. A used bath towel was already in the room when we checked in. Our shower didn’t have a door. No toilet paper

Almost everything. Very clean, comfortable bed, quiet, friendly staff.

Not too many shops or restaurants around, but you can take the skyway to downtown, which is a fun experience.

Exiting the parking lot was a chore, in that, you needed your room key to exit even though you check out. The intercom person was not local and stated that I had to speak to people in lobby for a resolution. I use a cane for stability when walking and did not like I had to return to the lobby for assistance. Otherwise my stay was great.
