Not much positives. Actually can’t think of one.

First off, apparently, they over booked my king suite and didn’t want to let me know about this prior to coming in when I purchased the room 2 weeks in advance. And lady at the front desk said “I’ll waive the parking fee for your nightly stay since we had to downgrade my room, I know it says on the site that one night parking is free, few nights will cost. Second, the bathroom floor was wet and wet until the next morning like what’s on there for real. Also, the hot tub was closed? Overall 2/10.

Everything was great and went smoothly! The free airport shuttle was ready to pick me up 5min after I called for pickup. Such a convenient service! The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, clean and most importantly, quiet. The little convenience store by the reception had everything from little sandwiches, to snacks, to toiletries. If I'm ever in MKE again, I'll definitely come here!

When I asked for bread with my salad at the restaurant, they gave me a brioche slice, which I thought was odd. But nothing major.

The room was quiet and dark. We slept well. The staff were friendly and helpful. The free shuttle added an Indian dinner option to our stay.

waited long time for shuttle after calling hotel with arrival. apparently staff did not inform shuttle driver. I had talked to front desk before arrival since we were arriving close to midnight. they assured me at that time that a note had been put on the reservation about the late arrival and the fight number, etc. I ended up calling twice after arrival to get the shuttle to come. watched the shuttle for a couple other hotels stop including the Hilton city center shuttle with our flight crew pick up. kinda defeated the purpose of getting an airport hotel…..

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of despite my very middle of the night arrival.

Breakfast should be included. If you stay the night before flying and then stay the night when you return, parking should be included. Service at restaurant was very poor

I've been here at this location before never no issues or problem pleasant staff very professional.

Not enough towels and tissue in our room, someone left a empty roll and no other tissue in the cabinet husband had to go and ask for more tissue and towels., otherwise my stay was ok.

I enjoyed the on site bar and restaurant., and the free waters at check-in.

I don’t like the lack of housekeeping service for basic amenities like towels, shampoo and coffee pods. Its inconvenient to have to ask for those each day. If the room isn’t getting cleaned daily (which I’m fine with) at least have extra basics already in the room.
