It was very family friendly

it was very out dated. The carpeting, curtains & even the bathroom looked like it was trapped in the 1970’s & 1980’s.

Good size room, restaurant in walking distance

Booked $182 room, charged $282 BEWARE $100 pet charge per night not stated at time of booking! Absolute rip off, on 10 day car trip with doggo $15-30 per night at all other hotels.

I like the staff very polite I will recommend this place to others.

Comfortable and perfect location for a road trip. Lots of food options around.

Rooms were a little tired and had a ripped curtain + sheet.

Very accessible location, convenient to the interstate, the Westlake and Rocky River communities and the RTA depot. We enjoyed having a larger lodging space and the kitchen was nice. While we only took advantage of the breakfast once, it was nice to have the option.

Seemingly a small thing, but the drain in the bathtub was stopped up. I would think that a slow or stopped drain would be discovered and reported by housekeeping staff. The mattress for the pull-out couch had certainly seen better days and is due for replacement.

The breakfast buffet was not up to my expectations. The reason for this is that one person was responsible for both the front desk and the buffet, there is no way that one person can run both efficiently.

Close to where I was working, I like the layout of the room.

Toilet was dirty and had a bunch of toilet paper in it, someone’s old drink was in the fridge, crumbs all over coffee table, hair and someone’s ring in the bed…spent the night wide awake listening to someone blasting their tv till 4 am.

The hotel was dirty, smelled like marijuana, and had loud music playing from several rooms throughout the hotel.

Not Very Much......

False Advertising....Pictures show an appealing pool, breakfast room...etc....in reality pool has been closed for a couple years, you get a granola bar type breakfast, the place is dirty exterior and interior...smoke smell prevelant in hallways..found a used retainer on the bedroom window sill......they did offer us a full refund...there was no place else to stay..i cancelled Hyatt at Crocker Park to stay here because of outdoor pool

It was a disgusting property. Every surface had ground-in dirt and stains. The carpets in all of the common areas and stairwells were stained, the curtains and sheers in the rooms were torn and moth-eaten, the bottom of the shower curtain was moldy, multiple lightbulbs were out in our rooms and there were stains on the wall behind the nightstand. So disappointed in this Marriott property.

Location was excellent and the room arrangement was good. Breakfast was a brown bag of items due to Covid and facility not yet reinstating the hot breakfast.

The room could be updated- the sofa was worn and the paint/cabinets just need attention.

It was close to where I needed to be.

It was run down. The shower was falling out of the wall. The pillows and bed were not comfortable and felt like they needed replaced a long time ago. The front desk was hard to locate and the signage was bad. The pool was closed. People were smoking right next to the entrance door. It was just meh. I’d stay again only if I don’t have other options.

Location was convenient to where I needed to be. The room was a good size, with the full kitchen & cookware, dinnerware very useful. Overall a good stay (almost 2 weeks).

Wish there was more to the breakfast

Having the kitchen area was nice and helpful for our few leftovers and drinks. It also had some pots and pans, although we didn’t need to use them.

The room had a smell of sugar/syrup, and the hallways had a weird smell. There were a few bugs in the bed, spiders. We woke up to one crawling up the covers.

The people was nice and I slept good

The second day I was there I realize they had a bug a bug problem
