The breakfast was done very well, staff very good,staff could not do enough to make experience great

The general manager not only tried to accuse me of not paying he didn’t care that I was a diamond member he was totally rude and then charged my card after I had left an fee of 400.00 which caused me to cancel my cardI have stayed at this place a number of times and NEVER not paid because of this idiot I will never be staying at any Best Western again , the guy was rude could barely speak English and looked done on me as a Army Veteran , you can say what you want this is what I experienced and I will make sure not only my friends but acquaintes I meet to never spend money to stay at this location

no complaints, but it felt like the motel is due for a update/refreshment. I didn’t have time to use the workout facilities but noticed it was closed or out of commission

The room and whole facility were clean and tidy. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff were nice, attentive, positive and helpful. Easily accessible location.

Parking. Too many construction vehicles taking up parking spots.

They were extremely accommodating to my unique situation. They provided additional items quickly in order to make my stay more comfortable. All the staff was great, helpful and friendly.

There was a drip in the shower. The breakfast was not the best but does the job. Maybe stay away from the eggs unless you like them very soft.

TV remote didn't work. Staff, however, was prompt in bringing us a remote that worked.

The hotel was close to the medical facility where my husband had an appt. We had a ground floor room. It was very clean.

The loud kid banging on a door outside our room. Not your fault. I also heard a ticking noise for quite a while in the night. If you ever remodel, you may want to rethink the size of the sink vanity. Not very handy.

Breakfast was Breakfast nothing to weight home about.

My wife was cleaning cobb webs off walls in the room. The bathroom tub fixtures was pulling away from the wall. The window did not lock tub was dirty.wall at bottom in bathroom was broken and floor was dirty with debris. There were a soccer team staying on premises, never put guest on main floor when there are sporting events that consist of children. Children were running in hallway had to complain to staff.
