Centrally located to where I needed to be for my business meeting.

Parking was tight. I was concerned because I had a rental car and hoped the car wouldn’t get damaged

I didn’t like the fact you could not control the temperature of the room it was extremely hot very small room no fridge or microwave

Decent gym, nice lobby to sit in, the room was clean and fairly spacious. Not too cramped!

The bed mattress was quite sunken in in the middle. I still managed to get a good nights sleep but I was pretty jetlagged. Otherwise there’s not really anything to complain about.

La navette de l'aéroport à l'hôtel est un gros plus. Pour le prix c'était un bon hôtel étape, notre avion ayant été avancé nous avons dû trouver un hôtel pour le soir a 22h et nous avons très bien dormi

My partner and I were in town for a concert at a Prudential Center. The location made leaving the venue easy since it was a walkable distance.

I understand that it is a historic hotel however the halls and bathrooms are in need of some updates. The bathroom in my room was that of a public restroom, handle and all. The sink stand was old wood and scratched at that. The bathroom linens were rough and in questionable repair.

The location - quite close to Newark Pen station. It was a cheap option to reach Manhattan easily. Wi-Fi was good.

The room could use a renovation, strong smell of cigarettes and weed. Very poor isolation- we could hear everything in the next room. Some of the staff at the reception were some of the least friendly I’ve ever dealt with (and I’m a flight attendant, I spend a lot of time in hotels).

Der Preis (~1000€ für 6 Tage in einem normalen Zimmer) war doch relativ hoch.

Room was clean and comfortable..

Floor was VERY loud with music playing, LOUD conversations and slamming of doors. called down to security. Problem still continue...

Il est bien placé, à 10 min à pied de la gare Newark Penn station donc à 20 min de Manhattan en train. C’est safe. Il y a un service de bagagerie gratuit.Et une navette gratuité nous ramène à l’aéroport EWR.

Le service.. Le personnel est désagréable bon en vrai on s’en fiche un peu mais bon c’est compliqué de leurs demander quelque chose. On avait même pas de machine à café dans notre chambre ils avaient oublié. Ils nous ont apporté une 1h après leurs avoir demandé..

The room was nice.

I was not satisfied with the shuttle service as I was never advised where to locate it. I was out of the country while attending and did not have cellular service to be able to call so I used the chat service and it failed. I ended up paying $37 USD to get to the hotel. I would like remuneration for this

Toilet Roll was the worst I ever experienced in any hotel I have stayed in. Also the Toilet Roll in the lobby toilets was much better I couldn’t understand why

The location is perfect, only about 10mins from the Prudential Center. The room was clean and we had the perfect view of NYC (especially the skyline at night). Overall, for the price (discounted on booking.com) you really can’t ask for too much more.

The area is perfect but at night, it definitely can be a little dangerous if you’re not aware of your surroundings and it’s very busy as well. The staff are not “rude” it’s just they’re demeanor is a bit off considering we’re from the south where people are naturally polite. Our mini fridge did not work, and neither did the ice machine on our floor. All these things didn’t really have a hinderance on our stay, just don’t expect too much from this property.

The set up of the room and how clean the room was. That room service didnt brother us. I liked the view from the room. And how comfy the bed are.

I didn't like that the person who check us in was helping someone else on the phone. I didn't like the fact the tub didn't drain. Or how you could hear everything that was going on out side my door.

The lack of water fountain

The young man at the front desk at check-in I’ve seen before, and he is always pleasant & understanding. The other young lady initially not so much. I love the location, it is always very clean close to everything, walkable, and safe to transportation and prices are usually reasonable. 

No pool, a little expensive in the restaurant although the food was good and was presented well. This was my second staying, although I stayed for one night only instead of two that I booked a little miss communication with my card, but young lady was not overly helpful at first. My room had no chair no microwave no coffee maker, one coat hanger. The only other puzzle was that it was a handicap room and had no tub, (that I didn’t mind), but no one told me that it was that type of room and I didn’t ask for.

We loved the location, very close to the prudential center and the beds seemed clean.

The fridge had a bad odor that got on our water bottles and the room smelled like cigarettes the entire time :<

Safe area, easy of getting around.

I should have asked to change my location I didn’t like were my room was it was right next to the elevator. It wasn’t a show stopper but it did impact my sleep.

Easy access to Newark Penn Station & has a shuttle bus which is a plus factor.

I had a terrible experience with the AC of my room ( 421 or 412 ) fourth floor near the elevator., At first, I thought the coolness will just stay on even I have left the room couple of times. When I returned, I don’t feel it at all. I wanted to have it change but I had my things all over already. Momentarily, I have decided to call front desk to have a technician/ maintenance personnel to come by. So he came, try to maneuver & make it work. We thought it was doing well, I slept almost naked before the room was hot / humid just like the weather outside. This was my worst experience for this summer trip I had in the east coast otherwise, their attentiveness with the needs was quick and efficient. I also had an issue with the remote control or television itself but yes, it was working right. Hoping it will be resolved.
