During checkout/morning time it is very loud and I’m not speaking in terms of hearing people talk as they walk down the hallway any room door that closes should I say slam it radiates through the rm it will definitely wake you up

It was weirdly hard to find. Google Maps was strangely unhelpful. Finally I phoned and Brian, the manager, gave us directions.

The closeness to where I was performing and to other areas like South Park Mall, Cheesecake Factory etc…

I didn’t like the rooms not having microwaves. This is the 1st place that I’ve stayed at that didn’t have a microwave in the room. Was not happy about this at all😟.

It is a good hotel for a business traveller. Stores. Restaurants, amenities nearby if needed.

I was told that I would have maid service on Saturday. At 1pm, I called to inquire and was told someone would come to clean the room. I left to meet friends. When I got back at 5:30, the only thing that was done was I received fresh towels. There was trash in the room; the bed was not made; and nothing was cleaned.
